If your antivirus 'swears' at the MuOnline client files and considers some of them as a virus or suspicious and deletes them, then add reported client files to the antivirus exceptions.
Game files are not dangerous and do not pose a threat to your computer.
If your game client closes after launch, try this:

Change the screen resolution in the launcher settings
Go to the launcher, open the settings, and manually set:
• Resolution: 800x600
• Color Depth: Max Color (32 Bit)
Then click Save.

Try compatibility mode
Right-click the launcher → Properties → Compatibility → Run in compatibility mode for Windows 7 or 8.

Run the launcher or main.exe as Administrator
Right-click the file → Run as administrator.
If your game client shows a Plugin CRC error after startup, try this:

Install both Visual C++ packages
Inside the folder Client\Scripts\Libraries, make sure you install both:
• VC_redist.x64.exe
• VC_redist.x86.exe
These are required to run the game.
